Ted Hoerner

Ted Hoerner understands the personal pain and frustration of dealing with a disastrous event. During his years as a Senior Project Manager for Winmar, DKI and Servpro, Ted has supported countless clients through the process from destruction to restoration.

For more than 25 years, Ted not only learned the logistics of navigating a large loss situation but he has cultivated trust with his clients. During a devastating time, you can rely on his approach, have confidence all paperwork will be appropriately filed and the restoration work will be quality workmanship.

As the President of Ontario Restoration Services, Ted is a Master Restorer, Commercial Drying Specialist and Large Loss Specialist, having received training from industry experts across North America. His past experience has taught him how to work hand-in-hand with insurance companies, independent adjusters, property management companies, condo boards, the public sector, the healthcare industry and commercial & residential properties.

When it comes to disasters, Ted has seen it all; vandalism, hoarding, vehicle impacts and severely unsafe homes and businesses. As well as having his Bachelor in Business & Commerce, Ted is level 3 Xactimate certified and a level 3 Estimator.

Patty Williams

Over the years, Patty has worked in a variety of positions in the insurance industry, mould remediation and retail settings. She excels in providing individualized service and support while coordinating all the details behind the scenes.

Patty has received awards for her Business Excellence, Outstanding Customer Service and Office Administration. We are thrilled to have a professional like Patty on the Ontario Restoration Services team.
